Job Description

• Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste into designated waste areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of proper chemicals and techniques used in cleaning tasks.
• Ability to maneuver and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
