Job summary

Titan Senquest Management Inc is seeking a Kitchen Helper to support dining services for residents. You will wash dishes, assist with kitchen cleaning, and help serve meals following procedures.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and good English communication. Weekend/evening shifts may be required. Training for food safety and sanitation will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain a food handlers certificate as required.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Effectively communicate in English with residents, guests, and co-workers.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Meet the assigned time requirements as scheduled by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, pots and pans; stores dishes.
• Assists with cleaning the kitchen.
• Assists with plating and serving meals to residents’ tables or rooms.
• Greet residents/guests and take orders; serve beverages and meals.
• Clears tables, sanitizes and restocks condiments; maintains dining area.
• Follows safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.

Job description

The Kitchen Helper is responsible for washing dishes, pots and pans, storing dishes, and keeping dishwashing area clean.
