Job Summary:

The focus of this position is to assist with preparation, serving, and clean-up for congregate and home-delivered meals, youth, and school meals. This position also involves food preparation, dishwashing, sanitizing work areas, and cleaning equipment, appliances, and floors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow verbal directions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene in accordance with dress code.
• Engage with diners to promote a welcoming atmosphere, representing Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS).
• Must pass a Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) background check and have a valid driver’s license; Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.
