Responsibilities

• Food preparation under the direction of the Head Chef or Chef
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that orders have been delivered in good quality
• Stock control and taking inventory of the restaurant supply, reporting to superiors
• Working as part of a small team in a fast‑paced environment, taking direction and working under pressure
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work space at all times
• Upholding a professional attitude in the kitchen
• Cooking, plating and presenting meals as instructed

Qualifications

• Culinary experience advantageous
• Previous experience working in a kitchen
• Previous experience in relevant restaurants

Reports To

Venue Manager, Head Chef

Requirements

• A valid working visa for Japan is required for all applicants
• Visa sponsorship or assistance is not provided, except for qualified ski instructors

Availability

Required for winter positions: available to work between December 1 and March 31.
