Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Lancaster, PA to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

The role offers both full-time and part-time hours with pay at $17.50 per hour, plus overnight premium and other opportunities. You’ll master multiple roles, maintain food safety, and contribute to a high-energy team at a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization and clear verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with orders, and support meal-kit/delivery operations.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Support teammates and participate in additional duties as needed.
