Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in Darien to craft meals from high-end menus and deliver a welcoming guest experience. You will handle multiple roles daily, maintain HACCP standards, and participate in meal-kit and delivery operations while growing skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Weekend availability.
• Food Handler Certification required by local health dept or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, monitor temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans and portion accuracy for every order.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Share knowledge about concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Contribute to light local marketing activities and maintain a positive, energetic environment.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas; restock cookware and equipment.
• Handle trash/recycling properly and report equipment issues promptly.
• Support teammates and leaders, take on additional duties as needed.
