Qualifications

• SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card required or must be obtained within the required timeframe.
• Knowledge of SNHD food safety and sanitation regulations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following SNHD regulations.
• Properly operate and maintain dishwashing machines and sanitizing equipment.
• Maintain correct sanitizer concentrations and test sanitizer solutions as required.
• Follow SNHD guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing food-contact surfaces.
• Keep dishwashing, storage, and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to prevent slip hazards.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and keep waste areas clean.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies in designated areas.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries following proper food safety procedures.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or sanitation concerns to management immediately.
• Assist with basic food preparation and cleaning duties as assigned.
