Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and cookware
• Scrape, rinse, rack, and load items for washing
• Unload racks and organize items for storage and kitchen use
• Wash pots and pans by hand when necessary
• Monitor machine temperatures and chemical levels for sanitation
• Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes for kitchen and dining room
• Keep dish area and floors clean, safe, and organized throughout shift
• Remove trash and recycling and transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain cleaning supplies and chemicals at appropriate levels
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to management
• Support kitchen team with additional cleaning tasks
