Responsibilities

Operate the commercial dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and cookware.
Scrape, rinse, rack, and load items into the dish machine; unload and organize for storage.
Wash pots and pans by hand when necessary.
Monitor dishwasher temperatures and chemical levels for sanitation.
Maintain the dish area and nearby workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
Report equipment issues to management and assist with cleaning tasks as needed.
