Job summary

Dos Bocas in Atlanta, GA is seeking an entry-level Dishwasher for a part-time position opening. The role supports restaurant staff by maintaining high cleanliness standards, washing dishes, and assisting in clean-up tasks in a fast-paced dining environment.

Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, you will operate the dishwasher, store clean dishes properly, and help with food prep and tray preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must stand for long periods and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift pots, pans weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must follow instructions carefully and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans per sanitation guidelines.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure items are clean.
• Store clean dishes in designated areas.
• Maintain dishwashing and cleaning equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and safe.
• Load or unload food and supplies.
• Manage garbage area and trash removal.
• Assist with food preparation when required.
• Prepare trays and banquet accessories.
