You will assist with bussing, cleaning, stock lines, and sanitation; you will report to the Shift Leader or General Manager and participate in required training. This role requires reliability, energy, and the ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep line cooks stocked with utensils and flatware
• Assist back and front of house with bussing, cleaning and trash/recycle needs
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and store properly
• Provide fast, accurate, and sanitary service
• Maintain high standards and follow company procedures
• Keep kitchen clean and machines well-maintained
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of company passwords and IP
