Job summary

Genesis Hospitality in the United States is seeking a Dishwasher to support our food service operations. You will ensure dishes are properly cleaned and ready for service.

This role offers on-site work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on cleanliness and teamwork. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Fill sinks with proper cleaning solutions and change as needed.
• Clean and organize dirty pans, plates, containers, etc.
• Check trash cans regularly and take out trash.
• Run any dirty dishes or unclean plates/utensils through dishwasher.
• Return all plates to front service area and place on proper shelves.
• Have broom and clean mop ready in case of accidents or spills in both front and back of house.
• Make sure all counters, bus bins, glass tops, display cases and dining areas are clean.
• Break down all cardboard boxes.
• Checking, cleaning and restocking of bathrooms.
• Pull up mats from the floor, sweep area and mop both front and back of house.

Education

Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required
