Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Chandler, AZ is seeking a dedicated Team Member to perform dishwashing and support the kitchen area, ensuring cleanliness and food safety. You will wash, rinse, sanitize, assist with deliveries, maintain floors, assist with stocking, and deliver friendly customer service while adhering to health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follows and complies with established procedures, including health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment per WFM standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
