Job summary

Dust Bowl Brewing Company is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to join a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will operate the dish machine, sort and rack dishes, and maintain a stock of clean ware across locations as part of the kitchen team.

The role requires teamwork, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and adherence to safety procedures. Training includes Dust Bowl’s food safety and harassment prevention programs and a uniformed appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend instructions and safety rules.
• Clear communication with coworkers and management.
• Must obtain and maintain a state food handler’s card.
• This job operates indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Wash and store tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain dish room cleanliness and adequate stock.
• Work with managers and kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
