Responsibilities

• Food/Meal Preparation
• Setting up menu items in serviceable containers
• Attending to cabin’s dining needs.
• Setting up and refilling items on the Salad Bar and Coffee Bar
• Clean up and Sanitation
• Wiping down all tables before all meals
• Disposing of or returning unused food to proper containers
• Dish washing
• Cleaning counters and Surfaces in the kitchen
• Cleaning Coffee Bar and Salad Bar
• Kitchen organization and cleanup
• Other duties as assigned
