Job summary

Talent Bridging is seeking an organized Kitchen Designer & Office Coordinator to manage design projects and office tasks from initial concept through installation at our New Jersey location.

You will create layouts with 2020 Design, prepare quotes and orders, coordinate with customers, suppliers, designers and installers, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate project records while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with 2020 Design is required.
• Kitchen cabinet retail or kitchen design experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple customers and projects.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and attractive kitchen layouts using 2020 Design
• Work with customers to understand their design needs and preferences
• Prepare quotes, proposals, orders, and project documents
• Answer customer inquiries and provide project updates
• Schedule consultations, measurements, and appointments
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and design process
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, contractors, and installers
• Maintain organized customer records and project files
• Confirm product details, measurements, and order information
• Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities
