• Kitchen Design & Client Experience: Meet with sales to understand project goals, lifestyle needs, and design preferences; Create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs; Accurately verify field measurements and project details; Prepare design presentations and project recommendations; Guide homeowners through the design and decision-making process; Ensure a positive client experience from initial consultation through project handoff; Maintain detailed project documentation and records
