Job summary

Cabinets To Go is seeking a part-time sales associate in Memphis to assist customers with cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets. You will design solutions that meet client needs and budgets and coordinate installations to completion.

Earn an hourly base of $15 with uncapped commission; target commission is $1,200 per month, with a $2,400 monthly target. Join a team focused on service, presentation, and results.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in home design or related products.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets with expert product knowledge.
• Design solutions that meet customer needs, budget, and style preferences.
• Create work orders, coordinate installations, and oversee projects to completion.
• Set personal sales goals and generate leads with your store manager.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.
