Job summary

Cabinets To Go, the largest specialty kitchen and bath retailer in the U.S., is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to assist customers with cabinets, countertops, flooring and closets using expert product knowledge.

You will design solutions that meet budgets and styles, create work orders, coordinate installations, and help drive sales while delivering friendly service and maintaining an attractive store.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience in home design or related products is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets with expert product knowledge.
• Design solutions that meet customer needs, budget, and style preferences.
• Create work orders, coordinate installations, and oversee projects to completion.
• Set personal sales goals and generate leads with your store manager.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.
