Job summary

Cabinets To Go in Tucson is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help customers design dream spaces with cabinets, countertops, and related products. You’ll work with customers, create quotes, and coordinate installations to ensure on-time completion.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commission and a bonus program, with a 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness days, and six company-paid holidays. This is an on-site position supporting a diverse store team.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in home design or related products.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets with expert product knowledge.

• Provide friendly, top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.
