Job summary

Cabinets To Go, the largest specialty kitchen and bath retailer in the U.S., is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Indianapolis to help customers design spaces, guide cabinet selections, and deliver outstanding service.

You will create work orders, coordinate installations, hit personal sales goals, and contribute to a welcoming store environment while earning an hourly wage plus uncapped commission and bonus.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in home design or related products.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets with expert product knowledge.
• Design solutions that meet customer needs, budget, and style preferences.
• Create work orders, coordinate installations, and oversee projects to completion.
• Set personal sales goals and generate leads with your store manager.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.
