Art of Drawers Orlando is hiring Kitchen Design Consultants to transform client space challenges into beautiful, functional living areas. You’ll conduct in-home design appointments using company-provided and self-generated leads.

Expect a generous pay range of $80–$120 per hour, a monthly bonus based on revenue per appointment, and a flexible hybrid schedule with most appointments in home and some work-from-home time. Employee discounts and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and professional written/oral communication skills.
• Friendly, goal-oriented and driven personality.
• Own phone, computer, printer, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads to clients by conducting in-home design appointments with company-provided and self-generated client leads.
• Coordinate with team members and upload leads, orders, estimates, designs, and photos promptly.
• Provide platinum level of service and grow your client base.
