Job summary

Tiff’s Treats is hiring in Dallas for Part-Time Delivery Drivers and Kitchen Team Members to join our friendly team. You’ll deliver warm cookies, bake treats, package orders, and help with in-store duties while upholding high standards of service.

Starting pay is $10/hr for delivery, with average earnings $15–$20/hr including tips and fees. Kitchen roles start at $15/hr. We offer paid training, cookies, and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must have current car insurance with driver’s name listed as authorized driver
• Must have own personal vehicle available for deliveries; using own vehicle may be compensated

Responsibilities

• As a Kitchen Team Member: bake and prepare warm, delicious treats; package orders; maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
• As a Delivery Driver: deliver orders promptly using company or personal vehicle; provide friendly customer service; assist with store duties as needed
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and lead by example in all roles

Availability: Looking to fill Weekdays and weekend with open availability for afternoons and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Kitchen Team Member:
  • Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards.
  • Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• As a Delivery Driver:
  • Deliver warm, delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using a Tiff’s Treats company vehicle or your personal vehicle as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries.
  • Assist with other store duties, including packaging and cleaning, as needed.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with the team and lead by example in all roles.

Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record & a valid driver’s license
• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
• Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when the Tiff’s Treats vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated accordingly for taking their own vehicle (Please note: at this time we do not allow our drivers to use motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles for deliveries)
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws; while keeping vehicles clean and organized
• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach etc. items up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
• Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day ("All Hands on Deck" Days)

Delivery Driver

• Be the person who makes people happy by delivering warm, fresh cookies
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile
• Assist with various kitchen and cleaning duties
• Driver must have clean driving record, own vehicle, current and valid auto insurance and a valid driver’s license
• Starting pay is $10/hr plus tips & fees (average $15-20/hr)

Kitchen Team Member

• Make people happy by baking delicious cookies and brownies to order
• Prepare and package orders
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile
• Cash register and cleaning duties
• Starting pay is $15.00/hr
