Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Moreno Valley is seeking Kitchen Crew Members to join our fast-casual team. This hourly role focuses on back-of-house operations, food preparation, and delivering high-quality meals to guests.

Responsibilities include adhering to health codes, stocking inventory, cooking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring timely service. Positions are available as part-time or full-time with benefits and opportunities for growth in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills, basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Eligible for Bonus and awards program.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
