Qualifications

• Certification for position as required by the State (e.g., food sanitation).
• High School diploma or GED as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow menu items and standardized recipes.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly task sheets.
• Maintain quality and timeliness of food preparation.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment; report faults.
• Train new team members.
• Place orders and create schedules when the Culinary Services Director is absent.
• Create schedules in the absence of the Culinary Services Director.
• Deliver excellent hospitality to residents, families, and visitors.
