New Perspective Aberdeen Crossings at 399 Bishop Rd, Highland Heights, OH 44143, USA is seeking a Kitchen Coordinator to manage an organized kitchen, prepare meals from scratch, and mentor team members. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents while supporting a collaborative dining team.

You will follow standardized recipes, manage daily tasks, and ensure quality and timely food preparation. Training and leadership are key elements of this position.

Qualifications

• Certification for position as required by the State, e.g.: food sanitation.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Follows all menu items and standardized recipes.
• Executes daily, weekly, monthly tasks sheets.
• Maintains quality and timeliness of food preparation.
• Cleans and maintains all kitchen equipment and report faults.
• Trains new team members
• Places orders and creates schedule in the absence of the Culinary Services Director
• Delivers excellent hospitality and customer service to residents and visitors.

Position Summary

As the Kitchen Coordinator, you will provide an exceptional dining experience by assisting with running an organized kitchen, cooking from scratch, and training/mentoring team members.

• Delivers excellent hospitality and customer services to residents, families, and visitors and family members in a kind, respectful and effective way.

Qualifications
