The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:

• Greet and positively engage guests
• Accept orders and process payments accurately
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment
• Work well with Delivery Partners
• Maintain cleanliness by completing tasks such as wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:

• Answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• Restock products and workstations
• Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, and grills
• Maintain a clean work environment through cleaning tasks
