The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:

• Greet and positively engage guests
• Accurately take orders and process payments
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and staff
• Work well with Delivery Partners
• Keep the facility clean, including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:

• Answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• Restock products and workstations
• Use kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills
• Maintain cleanliness by completing tasks like wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and mopping floors

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
