Responsibilities

• Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Prepares quantities per production plan or forecast.
• Uses whole food items and minimizes waste.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Alerts supervisor to equipment issues, overages, or shortages.
• Requisitions inventory and receives daily supplies.
• Stores, wraps, dates, and rotates food items properly.
• Follows safe work practices in all tasks.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
