The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and taking orders in person or by phone; prior customer service experience and a valid Food Handlers Card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card required.
• Experience in customer service and retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and cash handling in a retail store.
• Maintain store standards for quality, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Assist cooks with preparing specific dishes.
• Fill and restock front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks.
• Follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellations and recalls.
• Responsible for personal cashier productivity.
• Take food orders in person and by telephone.
• Walk and stand continuously; lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates personal customer service excellence and engages with customers.
• Improves speed and efficiency of service.
