Responsibilities include assisting cooks, restocking front counter items, following checkout procedures, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and food-handling standards throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

• Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety;
• Assists the cooks with making specific dishes;
• Fills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks;
• Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation and all saved recall transactions;
• Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity;
• Takes food orders in person and by telephone;
• All other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence. Engages with customers always;
• Improves speed and efficiency of service provided.
