• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proven track record of delivering excellent results and perseverance.
• Shows care and compassion, builds positive team relationships.
• Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety.
• Assists cooks with preparing dishes.
• Restocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks.
• Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellations and recalls.
• Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity.
• Takes food orders in person and by telephone.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Delivers personal customer service excellence.
• Improves speed and efficiency of service.
