Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System seeks skilled remodelers to perform kitchen and bathroom updates on client sites, including cabinet installation, tile work, drywall repair, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical tasks.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of remodeling experience, know construction methods and tools, be able to lift 50+ lbs, have reliable transportation, and work independently to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks for kitchens and bathrooms, including cabinet installation and adjustments.
• Tile work (flooring, backsplash, and shower surrounds).
• Drywall repair and finishing; painting, caulking, and sealing.
• Plumbing fixture installation (sinks, faucets, toilets, showers).
• Basic electrical work (outlet/switch replacement, light fixture installation).
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and design plans.
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
