Job summary

Normandy Design Build Remodeling is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to design and sell kitchens, bathrooms, and interior remodels for homeowners in the Chicagoland area. You will meet with clients in-home and at our Hinsdale and Evanston Design Studios, guiding projects from concept through construction.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in kitchen and bath design and sales, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Chief Architect skills are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of kitchen and bath design and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well in a collaborative environment.
• Chief Architect skills are highly preferred; energetic and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to develop design ideas that suit needs and budget.
• Compute budget ranges and price estimates for proposed projects.
• Select and recommend finishes and products for the space.
• Consult with clients and manage the homeowner relationship from outreach to construction.
• Collaborate with in-house architecture/drafting and project superintendents for successful renovations.
