Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design.
• Proficient in 2020 Design software.
• Strong cabinetry construction knowledge.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Experience producing job estimates and pricing sheets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of residential building codes and ADA guidelines is a plus.
• Experience with custom cabinetry, closets, or millwork a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design custom kitchen, bath, and cabinetry layouts using 2020 Design software.
• Meet with clients, dealers to understand project goals and design preferences.
• Prepare accurate quotes and material takeoffs for each project.
• Generate detailed proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Update and manage project documentation and pricing data.
• Stay informed on design trends, products, and materials.
• Support showroom visitors and assist with customer walk-ins as needed.
