Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design and at least two years of experience, preferably using Chief Architect. This role involves client interaction, preparing documentation, and collaborating with various departments in a hybrid work environment that fosters creativity and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in Chief Architect (or similar).
• Skilled in selecting and documenting materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Experience preparing detailed documentation like elevations and floor plans.
• Effective communication skills for a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare for client meetings to understand needs and specifications.
• Prepare detailed documentation including elevations and construction documents.
• Select materials and finishes based on project requirements and budget.
• Provide guidance on design trends and practicality for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Monitor progress of projects and address design-related challenges.
