Job summary

Medley at Mirada, located in San Antonio, FL, is seeking a Part-Time Server / Kitchen Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality-focused team. You will contribute to a fast-paced property and support both food preparation and service at the club. Training is available, and weekend work may be required.

Qualified candidates should value reliability, teamwork, and hygiene standards, with Serv Safe or a willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Restaurant experience: Will train.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork valued.
• Working in a fast paced environment.
• Handling hot equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.
• Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
• Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property.
• Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.
• Work with the F&B staff to complete accurate orders in a timely manner.
• Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen Attendant:
