Job summary

Medley at Mirada, located in San Antonio, FL, is seeking a part-time server/kitchen attendant to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will stock stations, prep food, plate dishes, and collaborate with F&B staff to ensure timely, accurate orders while upholding hygiene standards.

The role includes training opportunities, weekend work, and access to healthcare, retirement benefits, PTO, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Restaurant experience: Will train.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork are valued.
• Working in a fast paced environment.
• Handling hot equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
• Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property.
• Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.
• Work with F&B staff to complete accurate orders, in a timely manner.
• Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen Attendant:

• Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing
  superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
• Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property
• Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.
• Work together with the entire F&B staff to complete accurate orders, in a timely manner.
• Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.
  
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Kitchen Attendant

High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Restaurant experience: Will train.

Other Qualifications:

• Serv Safe Certified preferred.
• Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.
