Job Title: Kitchen Associate

Compensation: $13.25 per hour

Schedule: 2 - 9 PM

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by creating a friendly environment, greeting each guest, maintaining high standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and delivering all components of outstanding guest service.
  2. Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food products.
  3. Prepare menu items according to the company’s recipes ensuring quality and consistency.
  4. Maintain and practice safe and sanitary food handling procedures at all times.
  5. Assist in training team members as needed and become cross-trained in both retail and food service operations where applicable.
  6. Follow incident reporting procedures and promptly report any safety concerns or related incidents to management.
  7. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift.
  4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
  5. Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
  6. Strong verbal communication to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  7. Willingness to learn the store’s computer applications.
  8. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
