Days & Hours: M, T, Th, F 8:00-1:45. 1/2 Wednesdays 8:00-1:00
Status: FT
Rate of pay: $18.50/hour
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates an attitude of flexibility in work assignments
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interacts well with co-workers, students and staff
- Kitchen experience preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of breakfast and lunch in a quick and pleasant manner, point of sale, salad bar prep, wash dishes, fill flatware stations, load milk, assist in preparing meals and clean up daily.
- Assist in completing tracking meal components daily.
- Assist preparing the cafeteria serving area for each day’s service.
- Register responsibilities on a rotationally basis
- Assist with the FFVP grant production daily at Walton.
- Help to replenish the food as needed.
- Adhere to Auburn School Department’s HAACP plan
- Follow strict protocols with cleaning and sanitizing.
- Work closely as a valuable TEAM member at Walton in all aspects of the meal service
- Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor as the need arises.
