This position is a casual position, where the Casual Kitchen Assistant only works when needed.

This position is responsible for

Key responsibilities:

• Assists in the preparation of food and the serving of meals; cleans kitchen equipment and washes dishes and wares; sweeps, mops and waxes floors.

What we are looking for in you:

• Valid driver’s license
• One year kitchen experience is preferred.
• Or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform this job.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to meet attendance requirements.

Ability to meet the physical aspects of the job requirements.

Ability to lift and move or carry at least 25 pounds

Work is performed in a commercial kitchen environment where there may be physical discomforts associated with working in and around hot/cold food service.
