Job Description

Assist the kitchen staff by washing dishes and helping with food preparation. Maintain a clean dining environment by crisping linen tablecloths, setting up buffets, and keeping dishes, flatware, glasses, and napkins well-stocked. Seasonal and regional menus feature signature dishes and daily specials. Enjoy a work schedule with no late nights, allowing for a balanced life.

Essential Duties:

• Wash dishes according to procedures.
• Keep dining room wait stations and equipment clean and organized.
• Set up buffet stations.
• Maintain supplies of dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, and napkins.
• Assist in food preparation as needed.
