The Springs at Whitefish is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support our dining program in a warm, home-like setting. No experience is required; we provide training.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, serving beverages to residents, and light cleaning in a friendly, team-oriented environment. You will multitask in a fast-paced dining operation, enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth, and work with caring residents and supportive staff.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude.
• A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required at time of job offer.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing for residents' dining program.
• Serving beverages to residents.
• Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Must be able to multitask and work at a rapid pace.
