Legend Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher in Palm Coast, Florida. You will maintain kitchen cleanliness and serveware to support the Gold Leaf Dining experience, helping ensure a high standard of atmosphere and food quality for residents.

The role includes dishwashing, area cleaning, waste management, linen laundering, and adherence to safety guidelines, with opportunities to grow within a family-owned company recognized as a Great Place To Work.

Responsibilities

• Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items
• Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
• Taking all garbage to the dumpster
• Laundering table linens
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.
