Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, trays, silverware, and food service equipment
• Empty the dish machine and store clean items properly
• Clean preparation and service areas per health code
• Take out garbage to the dumpster
• Launder table linens
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
