Responsibilities:
- Operate the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and food service equipment
- Empty the dish machine and store clean items properly
- Clean preparation and service areas per health code requirements
- Take garbage to the dumpster
- Launder table linens
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
