Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in catering or restaurant.
• Previous experience as server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our banquet operations by supporting the team in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and service efficiency. You’ll be responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation standards, assisting in meal preparation, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
