We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen and Utilities Assistant to join our team at the Central Kitchen in SW Portland, with a focus on supporting the hotline operations. This role is vital to the preparation and portioning of hot food items, including modified menu options, for distribution.
The Kitchen and Utilities Assistant ensures all food meets quality, accuracy, and safety standards, adhering to established production protocols and food safety regulations.
