Job summary

Cabinet IQ in Omaha is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer to join our La Vista showroom. You will design beautiful kitchens and baths, work with homeowners, builders, and design pros, and drive strong customer experiences in a growing metropolitan market.

We offer a $60,000 base salary + commission, performance bonuses, and a traditional 8 AM–5 PM schedule. You will use modern design tools, a high-performance laptop, and a world-class CRM to manage leads and close sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience preferred.
• 2020 Design experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented
• Construction/remodeling knowledge is a plus
• Strong measurement, math, and project-management skills
• A positive, motivated attitude and desire to grow

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and develop customized design solutions.
• Conduct field measurements and create designs using 2020 Design.
• Present cabinetry, countertop, and product recommendations.
• Manage leads, proposals, follow-up, and sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with Omaha-area builders, remodelers, and industry professionals.
• Manage multiple projects while providing an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
