Cabinet IQ is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join a fast-growing team in Lincoln, NE. You will guide clients from initial concept through design, using 2020 Design, and drive sales in a collaborative showroom environment.

The role requires 5+ years in kitchen design and sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. A brand-new showroom, high-performance tools, and a supportive staff await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take measurements and design kitchens/baths with 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily when not in appointments.
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders and design professionals locally.
